The Trade Development Bureau (TDB), is a trade promotion institution subordinate to the Ministry of Commerce, the People¡¯s Republic of China. It aims at implementing full-round trade promotion activities through various channels at different levels by the comprehensive implementation of relevant policies, rules and regulations of the government. It aims at providing efficient and convenient public services for the development of Chinese enterprises.

Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is one of the component departments of the People¡¯s Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, undertakes the macro administration on the foreign trade and economic cooperation of the Autonomous region. Over the years, with the strong support of Ministry of Commerce of the People¡¯s Republic of China, the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation firmly puts into the practice of linking to the East and reaching out to the West and having things coming from the West go eastward and brings about a pattern of big foreign trade. We¡¯ll build an open economic service platform, implement a strategy of opening wider to the outside world facing to Central Asia and strive to build a new pattern of opening up to the west. Bureau of Commerce of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is one of the component department of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and it is responsible for domestic and foreign trades and the international economic cooperation of the corps. It provides the corps with all-round service and conducts industry management for the trade and economy and technology cooperation as well as introduction of foreign capitals.
Since China's reform and opening to the outside world, the corps take full advantage of the bordering development and opening and that great promote the fast and steady foreign trade development. At present the corps have already established the economic and trade relations with 131 countries around the world with 3.10586 billion US dollars¡¯ import and export volume.

China Europe Association for Economic and Technical Cooperation (CEAET) is the only unofficial organization to conduct directly commercial promotion activities in Europe, which is approved by China Bureau of Civil Administration of P.R.China, and it¡¯s administered by MOFCOM of China. It aims at promoting mutual understanding and intercourses between Chinese and European enterprises, discovering the potential cooperation in two sides, helping the two sides¡¯ enterprises develop market, introducing capital, products, technology and human resources, boosting the sound interact between enterprises and governments, setting up a direct exchange and cooperation bridge for Chinese and European enterprises, devoting to the all-round development of the economy and trade ties for two sides.
The main tasks are: working closely with the government department, organizing and helping the Chinese enterprise to participate in the high-level intercourse between Chinese and European governments, in particular China-Russia annual meeting between the two presidents and regular meetings between the two prime ministers mechanism, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization activities etc.; establishing the links with the two sides government departments, the embassies in China and commercial institutions, industry associations, chamber of commerce as well as the enterprises; holding and organizing the forum, seminars, conferences, organizing Chinese entrepreneur and managers training in China and Europe. Assisting Chinese enterprises develop European market and etc.
£¨¢ó£©The State Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan
The State Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan is one of the most important trade promotion organizations of Kazakhstan, it¡¯s formed by 3 departments which are the Foreign Economical Relations Department, the Market Information Department, the Economy Auditing Department. Among them, Foreign Economical Relations Department is core department of the Chamber. Its main function is to establish the cooperation relations with the oversea chambers, assist Kazakhstan enterprises to develop the international market. That is the main function of Foreign Economical Relations Department.
The Foreign Economical Relations Department mainly provides the services for Kazakhstan well as the oversea entrepreneur, formulates measures, establishes and develops economic cooperation with foreign countries. It¡¯s main functions as the following:
-To organize the oversea economics and trade delegations visits Kazakhstan as well as the Kazak entrepreneur delegations visit abroad, and help them to seek the appropriate partners.
-To organize the overseas companies to attend recommendation meetings, free seeks the partner for it (these collaborators possibly to become the potential dealers or customers)
-To organize the potential partner to carry on the business trip or hold business conference in Kazakhstan.
-To promote the oversea commodities entering the Kazakhstan market, establish long-term "exhibition hall" to demonstrate oversea goods.
-To offer visa support, transportation, accommodation and translation service.
After the independence of Kazakhstan, the Chamber positively strengthens the links with the international organizations, at present it¡¯s already signed the bilateral cooperation agreement with chambers of 65 countries around the world. In the last few years, the Chamber frequently organizes the oversea entrepreneur business conference as well as the Kazakhstan entrepreneur delegations visit aboard.
The State Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan has set up 17 branch offices in nationwide. Moreover, but representative offices are established in US, Germany, Italy, Australia, Croatia, Hungary, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Israel, Romania, Slovakia, Macedonia. These offices develop the information exchanges, business service, goods import and export service, and they also attend all kinds of economic and trade conferences, seminar or forum.
As one of the organizer of the 2006 Fair, the Chamber will cooperate closely with the other organizers to propagandize the Fair, invite the visitors and exhibitors, hold the Chinese and foreign enterprises conference and deal with the invitation letters, visa and so on. Moreover, the country labor Chamber will organize the Kazakhstan enterprises to attend the Fair.

Almaty Electromechanical Products Exhibition Centre is registered under registration of the Kazakhstan administration authorities for industry and commerce with corporate capacity. Its main products are the electromechanical equipments, construction machinery and equipment, road vehicle and the relevant spare parts made by the Chinese large and medium-sized enterprises. It offers a comprehensive after-sale service.
The Centre lies in No.65 Avenue of Leuzekulva in Alamaty with more than 2,000 square meters of commercial space. In order to further boost the Chinese engineering goods exporting into Central Asian area, the Centre set up branches in the capital of Kazakhstan Astana, southern city Kimkent and northern cities.
