¢ñ.Exhibits Scope
Three professional fairs are included in 2008 Asian Commodities Fair in Kazakhstan, they are:
¨D¨DAsian machinery and vehicle Fair
Scale: 2,000©O indoor areas and 2000©O outdoor areas
Exhibits: Machinery products, equipments, vehicles, agricultural machinery, hardware and tools.
¨D¨DAsian building materials and home decoration products Fair
Scale: 2,000©O indoor areas
Exhibits: Building materials, lighting household appliances, bathroom accessories, kitchen utensils, windows & doors and home decoration products.
¨D¨DAsian consumer goods Fair
Scale: 2,000©O indoor areas
Exhibits: household appliances, furniture, home furnishings, office supplies, gifts, textiles & garments, Footwear & Headwear, Cases & Bags, Foodstuffs.

IV. Rates & facilities
(I).Rates
Standard Booth (3m¡Á3m): €2,150
Indoor Raw Space: € 215/sq.m
Outdoor Raw Space: € 215/sq.m
The rates above including£º
1. The Booth fee includes the cost of 2 persons¡¯ foreign invitation and visa application for each booth, the proceedings login fee for each exhibiting enterprise ( including the Chinese and Russian names of the enterprises, address, telephone, fax, email, contact person, 100-word main products profile. )
2. The ratio between the outdoor raw space and outdoor exhibition area is 1£º4.
(II). Facilities
1. The standard booth includes 3 pieces of boarding, 1 carpet, fascia,1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, wastebin and 1 box of water (12 bottles)
2. For the renting Indoor Raw Space, the exhibitor builds up the booth by himself. Each enterprise is provided 1 negotiation table, 4 chairs, 1 wastebin and a box of water (12 bottles). The height of the booth must be under 3.5 meter.
3. For the Outdoor Raw Space, each enterprise is provided 1 negotiation table, 4 chairs, 1 sunshade, 1 wastebin and a box of water (12 bottles).
V. Promotion and Publicity
The publicity in televisions, newspapers and magazines: to make full use of the related Kazakhstan TV stations, radio stations, newspapers and magazines as well as the neighboring national TV, newspapers and business magazines to make the all-round publicities and print advertisements.
The channels of trade and industrial organizations in the countries of Central Asia: to corporate with the State Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan, Light Industry Association, Building Material Association, Bureau of Business and Industry of Almaty, and other chambers and trade promotion institutions. Meanwhile purchasers will be invited to attend the Fair.
Direct invitation: targeting to the mainstream Kazakhstan businessmen, through email, fax, mailing etc, to send the publicity materials and invitation letters to the target buyers and importers in central Asian area; to introduce the fair directly to the wholesalers and purchasers in the wholesale market and large-scale supermarket.
To hold press conference in the countries of Central Asia to promote the fair. Meanwhile, the Fair will be promoted in Almaty downtown areas, exhibition halls, hotels as well as outdoor areas.
VI. Services
To settle the oversea invitation letters and turn granting visa formalities for the exhibiting enterprises.
To recommend the custom authority for freight forwarders.
To recommend the service companies to set up the booth and travel around.
To supply the office for the organizing units.
To set up Fair Service Center for the translation, fax, copying, printing and etc.
